Burntide 60-Day Guarantee Glossary: Refund, Return, Credit and Cancel Terms Explained
Refund, return, credit and cancel sound alike, but each means a different step. This glossary walks through the words of the Burntide guarantee in plain English, so you know what happens and who does it.
The Burntide guarantee runs 60 days from the date of purchase. Call +1 (631) 016-1313 with your order ID, post the bottles back with tracking at your own cost, and include your name, order email and order ID inside. The desk credits in 3 to 5 business days, then the card issuer takes 5 to 10 more.

- Window: 60 days from the date of purchase, unless your sales page prints a longer one.
- Start a claim: call +1 (631) 016-1313 with the order ID before posting anything.
- Return postage: paid by the buyer, tracked.
- Timing: 3 to 5 business days for the desk, then 5 to 10 more days for the card.
- Payment: one-time payment, no subscription.
General information, not medical advice. Burntide is a dietary supplement for healthy adults aged 18 and over. It is not a drug, it is not FDA approved, and no supplement is. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you take medicine, are under a physician’s care, or are pregnant or nursing, ask a doctor or pharmacist before use.
What do the guarantee terms A to C mean?
- 60 days
- The length of the window. It runs from the date of purchase shown on your confirmation email. It does not run from delivery, and it does not run from the day you open the last bottle.
- Cancel order
- Burntide has no subscription, so there is nothing recurring to cancel. For a change to a single order, call the order desk the same day. Once a carrier holds the parcel the options narrow fast.
- Card processing
- The second clock. After the desk issues the credit, your card issuer needs a further 5 to 10 days. That clock belongs to the bank, not the seller.
- Credit
- The step in which the desk issues your money back. The desk does this 3 to 5 business days after it receives the return.
What do the guarantee terms D to O mean?
- Desk processing
- The first clock. It runs for 3 to 5 business days after the return arrives and is checked.
- Longer window
- If the sales page you bought from prints more than 60 days, that longer window applies and the policy page does not override it.
- Money-back guarantee
- A purchase policy. It says the seller will take the product back and refund you. It is not a medical promise, and it says nothing about what the product does.
- One-time payment
- Every order is paid once. There is no subscription, nothing recurring and nothing to cancel.
- Opened bottles
- Ask the desk before posting. The return conditions are the desk's to state, and guessing could cost you the postage.
- Order date
- The date that counts. Find it on the order confirmation email.
- Order desk
- The people who handle tracking, changes, refunds and lot look-ups. Phone +1 (631) 016-1313, email [email protected].
- Order ID
- The code in the confirmation email. The desk works from it for tracking, for a change and for a refund.
What do the guarantee terms P to W mean?
- Partial return
- Sending back some bottles and not others. Ask the desk before posting, since the conditions are the desk's to state.
- Proof of posting
- Your tracking receipt. Keep it until the money shows on your statement, not just until the parcel is marked delivered.
- Refund
- The money returned to the card that paid. A card refund goes back to the same card. If the card has been closed, say so on the call.
- Return address
- 477 Madison Avenue, Floor 6, New York, NY 10022, USA.
- Sealed bottle
- A bottle you have not opened. A sealed bottle is not a reason for the window to stay open.
- Tracked service
- A post option with a tracking number. The desk asks for it, because a parcel that does not arrive and cannot be traced cannot be shown to have been sent.
- Website desk
- The team that answers for these pages at [email protected]. It cannot see orders or refunds.
How do you claim the guarantee, step by step?
- Call the order desk on +1 (631) 016-1313 with your order ID. Do this before posting anything.
- Pack the bottles. Put your full name, the email address you ordered with and the order ID on a sheet inside the parcel.
- Post it with tracking to the return address. The buyer pays the postage.
- Wait for the desk, which credits within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.
- Wait for the card issuer, which takes a further 5 to 10 days.
A refund issued on day five can reasonably appear on a statement around day fifteen. That is normal. If nothing shows after both clocks have run, call with the return tracking number.
What does a claim cost you, and what does it not cost?
| Item | Who pays | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Return postage | You | Use a tracked service |
| Desk processing time | Nobody | 3 to 5 business days after receipt |
| Card issuer time | Nobody | A further 5 to 10 days |
| A reason for returning | Not required | The policy does not ask for one, though a day count is useful |
| Restocking fee | Not in the terms | None is stated anywhere in the policy |
There is also no account to lose, because there is none. Returning a product does not affect a future order.
How does the window fit each pack size?
The window is 60 days. A bottle lasts 30 days at one gummy a day. So the pack decides how much you will have used when the window closes.
| Order | Used by day 60 | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| 1 bottle | 1 of 1, finished near day 30 | You can judge it and still return the empty jar |
| 3 bottles | 2 of 3 | One jar is left. The assessment is done by then |
| 6 bottles | 2 of 6 | Four jars are sealed and the window is shut |
This is why this desk suggests 3 bottles for a first order. Ninety days covers the reported timeline of 3 to 6 weeks and keeps the decision inside the window.
What does the guarantee not tell you?
- That the product works. A guarantee is a purchase policy, not evidence.
- That a trial of the gummy exists. None does.
- That return postage is free. It is not.
- That refunds are common or rare. No refund rate is published.
What it does give you is a fair unit of decision. Take it daily, measure honestly and decide before day 60. If you are on the fence in week seven, make the call in week seven.
Frequently asked questions
How long is the Burntide money-back guarantee?
It is 60 days from the date of purchase, unless the sales page you bought from prints a longer window. It runs from the order date, not from delivery.
Who pays return postage on a Burntide refund?
You do. The desk asks for a tracked service so a lost parcel can be traced.
How long does a Burntide refund take?
The desk credits within 3 to 5 business days after the return arrives. The card issuer then takes a further 5 to 10 days.
Is there a Burntide subscription to cancel?
No. Every order is a one-time payment, with nothing recurring and nothing to cancel.
What do I put in the return parcel?
Your full name, the email address you ordered with and the order ID, on a sheet inside the parcel.
Does the guarantee mean Burntide works?
No. It is a purchase policy, not a medical promise. It says the seller will take the product back.
Our view
A guarantee is only useful when you know its steps. Here they are short: call first, post with tracking, wait out two clocks. The weak points are the postage you pay and a window that counts from purchase.
Treat the window as your test period. A first pack of three bottles fits it better than six. And if you start to doubt, act in week seven, not week nine.
The guarantee says nothing about whether Burntide works. It tells you that you can send it back. That is worth having, and it is all it is.
