Burntide Disclaimers
Burntide is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and it is not FDA-approved. Its statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Testimonials are buyer-supplied and are not typical results. The 525 mg blend is not broken down on the label.
Five disclaimers, each with the reasoning attached rather than the wording alone.
The Burntide FDA disclaimer, and what it is attached to
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
That box is printed on the Burntide label and it appears in the footer of every page on this website. It exists because the label makes structure and function statements, which the FDA permits a supplement to make about the body’s normal workings, provided this disclaimer travels with them.
Two things follow. First, a supplement carrying that box is not making a medical claim, whatever the surrounding marketing sounds like. Second, no dietary supplement is FDA-approved, because the agency does not approve them before sale (FDA questions and answers). An FDA-registered facility is a statement about a factory, and the quality page separates the two at length.
On this estate the claim asterisks were removed from visible text entirely, so the disclaimer is linked to the claims by being on the page rather than by a symbol. That is why it is in the footer of all of these pages rather than only this one.
Nothing about Burntide on this website is medical advice
Nothing on this website is medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. It is a description of a product, its label and the research behind its named ingredients, written by an editorial desk rather than by clinicians.
- ›For healthy adults 18 and over. Not for anyone under 18
- ›Not for anyone pregnant or nursing without consulting a physician, per the label
- ›Consult a professional first if you are under a physician's care or take medication
- ›Do not take more than the label states unless a clinician tells you to
- ›Stop and speak to a clinician if you react to it, then report it to FDA MedWatch
The printed caution block is reproduced word for word on the safety page, which also carries the interaction categories worth raising with a pharmacist before the first gummy.
Burntide testimonials and what they are worth
Individual results vary, and food, sleep and activity still decide most of it. Testimonials on this website are supplied by buyers, describe those individuals’ own experiences, and are not typical results or a promise that any particular person will experience the same thing.
Two further points specific to this product. The distributor publishes an aggregate and two recurring summary lines rather than individual transcripts, which is why the reviews page prints a roster table and two named themes instead of eight quote cards. And Burntide has not been the subject of a clinical trial of its own, so no testimonial on this site is standing in for evidence that exists elsewhere.
| It is | It is not |
|---|---|
| A distributor aggregate: 4.3 out of 5 from 1,217 written reviews | Clinical evidence of any kind |
| A roster of eight named buyers with real detail attached | Eight separate pieces of review text. There are two |
| 84% saying they would recommend it | A statement that the remaining one in six were mistaken |
Published in full, including the part that is least flattering, because a review page that only reports the top of the distribution is advertising.
What the research cited beside Burntide does and does not cover
The research cited on this website concerns apple cider vinegar and beta-hydroxybutyrate salts as ingredients, in almost every case at amounts far above anything a 525 mg blend could contain. It does not concern the finished Burntide gummy, which has not been studied.
Why cite it at all
Because it is the only evidence that exists about these ingredients, and a page that named them without it would be asking you to take the name on trust.
Why it cannot transfer
Dose. Every vinegar trial used tablespoons of liquid and every ketone salt study used grams. This blend is 525 mg covering both, with the split not published.
What the citations are for
Establishing what an ingredient is and what has been measured about it, so you can see the size of the gap rather than being told there is not one.
External links carry no endorsement in either direction. Neither the publishers nor the indexes whose marks appear on the about page have reviewed, endorsed or tested Burntide, and that is stated in the caption beside each of them rather than in a footnote.
What the Burntide label does not disclose
The Burntide Supplement Facts panel declares a 525 mg proprietary blend containing apple cider vinegar and BHB calcium, magnesium and sodium. It does not declare how much of each. That is legal, it is common, and it means no amount on this panel can be compared to a research dose.
| Can say | Cannot say |
|---|---|
| The blend totals 525 mg | How that total splits between the two ingredients |
| No single ingredient in it can exceed 525 mg | Whether either ingredient is at an amount anybody has studied |
| Both ingredients are named, as the rules require | That the studied dose is present. Nobody can say that, including the seller |
Every page on this website that quotes the blend total quotes this limitation with it. Printing the number without that limitation would be worse than not printing it.
The full treatment is on the label page and on the ingredients page, with the trial amounts printed beside the panel amounts so the gap is visible rather than described.

What the Burntide sales page says, and what this website says
The manufacturer’s sales page carries the headline “Burntide — The Total Metabolism Breakthrough” and the label prints five support statements including weight and fat-burning wording. Those are the seller’s words. This website quotes them, attributes them, and does not adopt any of them as its own claim.
| How it appears | What it means |
|---|---|
| In quotation marks, attributed to the label or the sales page | The seller says this. It is reproduced so you can see it, not endorsed |
| In plain text as a statement by this desk | This desk stands behind it and it is supported by the panel or a cited source |
| In a table headed what it does not do | This desk is saying the opposite, and saying it deliberately |
That distinction runs through every page here. A supplement website that blurs it is borrowing the manufacturer's claims without carrying the manufacturer's liability.
The practical effect is visible in the title of this website and in every meta description on it: none of them carries a weight or fat-burning phrase, because those are the seller’s wording rather than this desk’s. The benefits page sets out all five label supports, quoted, with what would have to be true for each one to bite on this panel.
Why no clinician is named on this Burntide website
The packaging carries a Doctor Formulated roundel that names no clinician: no name, no credential, no statement of what was reviewed or when. That is a manufacturer’s statement about its own process, and this page treats it as one.
This website does not name a clinician either, and that is a deliberate refusal rather than an oversight. A named medical reviewer is the most abused signal in this category, the photograph is frequently stock and the credential frequently unverifiable, so a reader has no way of telling a real one from an invented one. Inventing one on a health product would be fabricating a credential, and that is a line this desk does not cross.
- ›Written and reviewed by the Burntideformula Editorial Desk, which is a team rather than a person
- ›The method is published on the about page and is auditable in ten minutes
- ›Every study cited was confirmed against its source record before being written down
- ›Corrections are made on the page and the review date moves forward the same day
- ›If a clinician ever does review these pages, they will be named with their credential or not mentioned at all
That is a quieter signal than a photograph of somebody in a white coat, and it is the only one this desk can offer honestly. Whether it is worth anything is a judgement you can make by reading the safety page and asking whether a seller wrote it.
How this Burntide page was written
This desk publishes what the printed panel says and marks the gaps. The four claims below are the ones a sceptical reader can audit, which is the only reason to make them:
- The panel is the source. Figures come from the Supplement Facts panel on the bottle, not from the manufacturer’s sales page. Where the two disagree, the panel is published and the disagreement is named on the page.
- The gaps are marked, never filled in. Nothing undisclosed is estimated here, and that includes the split inside the 525 mg blend and the price.
- Sources are real and linked in the sentence. Every study cited was confirmed against its PubMed record first, and each appears beside the amount it used.
- Corrections change the date. Write to [email protected] and the review date moves forward.
We earn when you buy. Burntideformula is the official United States shop for this product and this website makes money on orders placed through it. That is exactly why the interaction list and the three-star reviews are on the site: they are where our interest and yours pull apart, and you should be able to watch us choose.
